REINFORCED ALUMINUM VAPOUR BARRIER

Metallized reinforced foil with increased resistance to mechanical damage, used on sloped and flat roofs and inside the walls of buildings. Completely protects against moisture penetration. It has a screen reflecting heat radiation, which protects the walls and attic against heat loss.

By using a screen reflecting heat radiation, Strotex AL effectively prevents building against heat loss.

RESISTANT TO MECHANICAL DAMAGE

The multilayer structure ensures increased mechanical strength within reduced thickness.

PROTECTION AGAINST MOISTURE

Thanks to the use of polyethylene, which is characterized by low water vapour permeability, the film effectively protects the structure of walls and roofs from moisture.

MOUNTING & FASTENING

Subsequent strips of foil shall be mounted on the overlap, the size of which depends on the direction of laying – 15 cm for parallel laying and 20 cm for perpendicular laying to the rafters. The foil should be attached to the rafters with staples, and the overlapping strands should be tightly connected using double-sided Foliarex tape.
